On April 1, 2021, the Socialist Party of Albania, filed a complaint with object  “Appeal to the Decision 198, dated 01.04.2021”On approval of the content of ballot paper for parliamentary elections of April 25,2021” and approval of the ballot for 12 Regions of the Republic of Albania for parliamentary elections of April 25,2021, based on the variant of identification of candidates with numbers in the ballot paper.

Based on the Decision of the Regulatory Commission no.03, dated 06.11.2020 “On approval of the Regulation on the way of functioning and conducting of the sessions of the CSC, the Commissioner initiates and informs the members of CSC on the meeting, its date, time and agenda on which the lot will be drawn to select the rapporteur/  rapporteurs.

For this reason, the Commissioner proposed a meeting on to cast the lot on  02.04.2021, at 09.00.
