The State Election Commissioner (SEC) decided to reopen the administrative investigation of Vora Municipality Mayor for non compliance with the Decision no.140 of SEC. The Commissioner decided to request information from the  National Agency of Information Service, within 14.04.2021, at 10:00, regarding the claims in the letter of Vore Municipality, which was administered by the CEC today.

The Commissioner also decided on filling of the vacancies in Lezha Municipal Council with the new candidate from multi-member list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Mrs. Donike Ndreu and filling the vacancy for Kamez Municipality Council with the candidate from the multi-member list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Mrs. Viola Murati.

In addition, the instruction was passed on the procedures of the handover of video recording camera in the internal premises of the VC and an amendment to Decision no. 115 dated 08.03.2021 “On adoption of the reporters of BIRN, to observe parliamentary elections of April 25,2021″.

The observers of Albanian Helsinki Committee were approved, as well as those of the association “New Intellectuals”, the Association for Democratic Culture, observers and interpreters of the Embassy of the Republic of Slovakia, the Embassy of Czech Republic the Embassy of the Republic of North Macedonia, Austrian Embassy, Greek Embassy, to observe April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections.

The review of the report of Audio Visual Media Authority for 26.03.2021-03.04.2021 period, was postponed for the next meeting.
