Announcement for the holding of the public session by the State Election Commissioner on 01.05.2021.

Based on paragraph 2, article 19, letter ‘n’, paragraph 1, of article 19 of the law no. 10019, dated 29.12.2008 “The Electoral Code of the Republic of Albania”, as amended, on the review and adoption of acts which are a competence of the State Election Commissioner, Commissioner Celibashi will hold a public session:

Session Day: 01.05.2021, at 11:30

 Order of the day:

  1. Draft  decision “On approval of the tabulation of election results in the election zone Kukes Region, for electoral subjects and candidates for MP in April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections”;
  2. On review of the result of verification by General Prosecutor’s Office for the self -declaration of the subject Mr. Artur Ismail Baku, candidate for MP proposed by the Socialist Movement for Integration Party, Durres Region, pursuant to the law no. 138/2015 “On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected, appointed or exercise public functions”;
  3. On review of the result of verification by General Prosecutor’s Office for the self declaration of the subject Mr. Napolon Engjëll Laska, candidate for MP of the electoral subject “Hashtag Initiative”,  Tirana Region, pursuant to the law no. 138/2015 “On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected, appointed or exercise public functions”;
  4. On review of the result of verification by General Prosecutor’s Office for the self declaration of the subject Mr. Zef Kin Hila, candidate for MP proposed by the electoral subject “Democratic Party of Albania- Alliance for Change (DP – AN)  Shkodër Region, pursuant to the law no. 138/2015 “On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected, appointed or exercise public functions”;
  5. On review of the result of verification by General Prosecutor’s Office for th self declaration of Mr. Adrian Vullnet Gjoka, candidate for MP proposed by the electoral subject “Movement for Change, Vlora Region, pursuant to the law no. 138/2015 “On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected, appointed or exercise public functions”.
