The Commission of Complaints and Sanctions reviewed the election complaint no.36, with object” Appeal to Decision no.345, dated 04.05.2021 “On approval of the Aggregate Table of Results in the election zone of Vlora Region”, Invalidity of elections held on April 25, 2021, Ruling the election rerun for Vlora region”, filed by complainant Democratic Party-Alliance for Change coalition,  election complaint no.49, with object “Amendment to Decision no.345 of the SEC, dated 04.05.2021; “Announcement of invalidity of elections in the entire Region of Vlora”, filed by the complainant Socialist Party for Integration. 

At the end of administrative review, with the majority of votes, CSC decided to reject these election complaints and leave in force Decision 345 of the SEC “On approval of the Aggregate Table of election results for the election zone of Vlora Region”. 

In additon, CSC reviewed today the election complaint no.34, with object ” Amendment to the Decision no.339, dated 04.05.2021 of the SEC” On the Aggregate table of elections result, Berat Region”, recounting and re-evaluation of the votes for EAZs no.63, 64, 65, 66, 67 and 68, filed by the Socialist Party for Integration.

With five votes in favour, CSC decided on recounting the votes for candidates for MP in the voting centers no.3324 and 3356. In addition, with the majority of votes, CSC decided on recounting the ballots for 114 ballot boxes specified in the complaint filed by SMI.

During today’s meeting, 46 ballot boxes were recounted.
