The Central Election Commission has received the complaint request no. 4, dated 03.03.2022 with the object “Amendment of the decision of the State Election Commissioner no. 116, dated 2.3.2022 “Review of the request of the municipality of Shkodra for granting authorization to change the location of some voting centers for the local by-elections, dated March 6, 2022”.

Today, the Appeals and Sanctions Commission draw the lot for the appointment of the rapporteur. The rapporteur was appointed the member Elvis Çefa.
