The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints reviewed in a public session the complaint no.43, dated 01.04.2023, filed by complainant Eduard Nallbani”, with the object “ Appeal of to the Decision of the State Election Commissioner”. At the end of review, CSC decided to reject the request.  

 During a public session, CSC reviewed the complaint no. 38, dated 29.03.2023, with the complainant “Civic Resistance Center”, with object “Appeal to the decision no. 199, dated 24.03.2023, of the State Election Commissioner”. At the end of the examination, CSC decided to reject the request by a majority of votes

In addition, CSC reviewed the complaint no. 44, dated 31.03.2023, filed by complainant “Demo- Christian Alliance Party of Albania”, with object “Appeal to Decision of CEAZ  no. 6, Vau i Dejës, on non-registration of multi-member lists for candidates of municipal council. At the end of the review, CSC, with a majority of votes decided to uphold the complaint and require CEAZ no. 6 to review and register the multi-member lists of the for municipal council members of Vau i Dejes Municipality, of the electoral subject “ Demo-christian Alliance of Albania”.   

Another complaint,  no. 45 has also been filed in the CEC, filed by the complainant “Progressive Alliance L.ZH.K.” electoral subject, with the object “Appeal to Decision no. 20, dated 30.03.2023, of the CEAZ no. 53, Prrenjas, for non-registration of the list of LZHK candidates for Prrenjas municipality”. CSC reviewed the elements of the form and content of the complaint and at the end of the preliminary review, it decided to pass it for a review in a public hearing on 06.04.2023, at 13:00 hrs. 

The decision on complaint no. 11, of the State Election Commissioner for imposing administrative sanctions, will be announced in the next session.
