Based on paragraph 2, article 19 and letter ‘n’ of the law no. 10019, dated 29.12.2008 “The Electoral Code of the Republic of Albania”, as amended, based on his competence to review and adopt secondary legislation, the State Election Commissioner decided to hold a public session:

- “For the completed declaration and without a final decision of the administrative procedure of reviewing the result of the verification of the General Prosecutor for the self-declaring subject Mr. Elton Xhafer Ismaili, candidate for deputy proposed by the Socialist Movement for Integration Party, Gjirokastra region, pursuant to law No. 138/2015 “;
- “On the administrative review of the denunciation for violation provided in articles 91 and 92 of the Electoral Code and decision no. 9, dated 24.12.2020, of the Regulatory Commission in the Central Election Commission, against the Municipality of Durrës”;
- “On the administrative review for violations provided in Article 91, of Law No. 10019, dated 29.12.2008,” Electoral Code of the Republic of Albania “, as amended, as well as in Decision No. 9, dated 24.12.2020, of the Commission Regulator in the Central Election Commission, to the municipality of Rrogozhina”.
