1. Examination of the compalint request with no. 01, dated 04.01.2024, with appellant subject Christian Democratic People’s Party of Albania, with object 1. Objection to decisions no. 823, dated 07.12.2023 of the SEC “On the Approval of the report of findings from the audit of the funds received and spent by political parties for the calendar year 2021”, specifically its point 96, on “Taking the administrative measure, for the political party” Party People’s Christian Democratic Party of Albania”, with a fine of 1,000,000 (one million) ALL, according to 23/4, point 2 of the law “On political parties”. 2. Repeal of point 96 of decision no. 823, dated 07.12.2023 of the Central (State) Election Commission “On the approval of the report of findings from the audit of funds received and spent by political parties for the calendar year 2021”.
2. Examination of complaint request no. 03, dated 08.01.2024, filed Party G99, the chairman Mr. Redi Shtino, object “Objection of decision no. 823, dated 7.12.2023 “On the approval of the report of findings from the audit of funds received and spent by political parties for the calendar year 2021“.
3. Examination of complaint request no. 04, dated 29.12.2023, filed by the People’s Alliance Party, with object 1. Objection to decision no. 823, dated 7.12.2023 “On the approval of the report of findings from the audit of funds received and spent by political parties for the calendar year 2021”. 2.
