Two cases were reported in the interface of “Prohibited Activities”, at the Column “Denounce” regarding the activities of the Socialist MP of Fieri Region,  Mr. Bujar Çela, who posted on his personal Facebook account several photos taken with different citizens, to whom legalization permits of their houses were handed out, in the Administrative Unit of Hyzgjokaj.

Based on the denouncement reported, the State Election Commissioner, will hold a hearing sessions for violations committed  based on CEC Decision no. 9, dated 24.12.2020, with Mr. Arben Qalliu, Head of Local Directorate of A.SH.K Lushnjë.

Based on articles 47 and 87 of the law no. 44/2015 “The Code of Administrative Procedures”, on Monday’s session on 11.01.2021 at 12:00, Mr Qalliu can represent himself or can be represented through a lawyer, at the following address: Rr.Ibrahim Rugova, nr.4, Tiranë.
