Based on paragraph 2, article 19, letter ‘n’, paragraph 1, of article 19 of the law no. 10019, dated 29.12.2008 “The Electoral Code of the Republic of Albania”, as amended, on the review and adoption of acts which are a competence of the State Election Commissioner, Commissioner Celibashi will hold a public session on 16.12.2020, at 17.30.

- Draft Decision “On the designation of the administrative units where CEAZ Offices will be established, for April 25 2021 elections”, link 1 attached and the respective report”,
- Draft Decision “On adoption of the template and specifications of the secret voting booth to be used in parliamentary elections of April 25, 2021″.
- Draft Decision “On adoption of the specifications of the special ink to apply to the voters in April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections”,
- Draft decision “On adoption of the specimen and specifications of the seals with security code to be used for April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections”.
