The election complaint no. 07 was filed at the CEC, on  25.03.2021, by the coalition of  Popular Union-Emigration-Hour of Hope and the Conservatives, with object “Appeal to the Decision on determining the State Budget fund that will be allocated as advance to political parties in parliamentary elections of April 25,2021″.

Based on articles 125 and 129 of the law no. 1009, dated 29.12.2008 “The Electoral Code of the Republic of Albania,” as amended and based on the Regulatory Commission Decision no.03, dated 06.11.2020 “On the way of functioning and conduct of the sessions of the Commission of Appeals and Sanctions “,  the Commissions of Appeals and Sanctions will hold a session on 29.03.2021, at 12.30, to assess the elements of the form and the content of the above complaint.
