The Commission of Complaints and Sanctions reviewed the elements of the form and content of the complaints filed with the CEC.

At the end of verification, CSC decided to return as incomplete the complaints no. 32, with object “Objection to the SEC Decision no.3 45, dated 04.05.2021 “On adoption of the Aggregate Table of Election Results  for Vlore Region election zone, for electoral subjects and candidates for MP in parliamentary elections of April 25, 2021” with Mr. Tasim Mehmeti, candidate for MP, Vlorë Region” and no. 50 with object, “Announcement on invalidity of elections, in Tirane Region”, with complainant Kostaq Papa, candidate for MP, Tirana Region (ABEOK).

 CSC decided to reject the complaint no. 45, with object “Obligation of the CEC to provide with the Decision on voting from abroad of the citizens of the Republic of Albania in parliamentary elections of April 25,2021 parliamentary elections” with complainant ABEOK coalition and complaint no.47 with object  “Recounting of ballots for candidates in Tirane Region”, with complainant  Mr. Lediana Fratari, candidate for MP, Tirana Region (PD-AN)”.

 CSC also decided to pass for review election complaints no. 33, no. 34, no. 35, no. 36, no. 37, no. 38, no. 39, no. 40, no. 41, no. 42, no. 43, no. 44, no. 46, no. 48, no. 49, no. 51, no. 52 and. no. 53 with electoral subject Socialist Movement for Integration, Democratic Party of Albania and the candidates proposed by the voters, Mr. Iljaz Shehu, Mr. Boiken Abazi, Mr. Kreshnik Merxhani.

The review of election complaints will be held on Monday, on 12.05.2021, on 09:30.
