The Central Election Commission publicly calls on 94 political subjects to make voluntary execution of the administrative sanction imposed by the State Election Commissioner with decision no. 430, dated 22.07.2021, for non-submission or submission beyond deadlines of annual financial reports for 2020.

The CEC has exhausted the official way of notifying them through the addresses declared by them in the Judicial District Court, Tirana.

The Albanian Post Services  has confirmed the non-receipt of this notification by these political parties, due to the incorrect addresses declared by the parties.

Based on article 162, of law no. 44/2015 “Code of Administrative Procedures”, for public announcements, from today, 94 political parties have 20 days to voluntarily execute their obligation.
