- Review of Complaint No. 54, dated 08.05.2023, filed by the Socialist Party, with object “Objection to decision no. 455, dated 06.05.2023 of the State Election Commissioner, “On the administrative review of the complaint no. 386 filed by KRIIK for posting of propaganda materials in violation of the law, by electoral subject “Socialist Party of Albania” on the national road axis Tirana Lushnjë”.
- Review of Appeal No. 55, dated 08.05.2023, filed by “Together We Win” Coalition, with object
1) Appeal to decision no. 452, dated 06.05.2023 “On evaluation of the reports of election campaign monitors for the monitoring period from March 7 to May 2, 2023”, of the State Election Commissioner.
2) Appeal to decision no. 456, dated 06.05.2023 of the State Election Commissioner “On administrative review of complaint no. 387, filed by the Socialist Party of Albania, for the removal of election materials posted in violation of the law by “Together We Win” Coalition, in local government elections of May 14, 2023″.
3) Partial amendment of Decision no.452, dated 06.05.2023, of the SEC, ruling:

- Dropping of the administrative investigation on the requests for closing down the election offices of electoral subject “Together we Win “Coalition, in the Municipality of Tirana, located in Rr. “Artan Lenja” Rr. “Milto Tututlani”; Rr. “Margarita Tutulani”, in Elbasan municipality, located near “Aleksandër Xhuvani” University
- Dropping of the administrative investigations on the request to close down Democratic Party’s office in “Nasip Pallvo” street, near the Artistic High School, as this office does not belong to the electoral subject DP, registered in these elections by the CEC, but belongs to the political entity identified in “Together We Win” coalition and, moreover, this is not an electoral office in the meaning of the Electoral Code, but permanent political office/headquarters of DP, branch no. 2 Tirana;
- Dropping of the administrative investigation of the request to remove propaganda materials in Durres and Tirana Municipalities, of “Together We Win” Coalition, placed on lighting poles, on “Veli Dedi” street, Tirana Municipality.
- 4. Amendment of SEC decision no. 256, dated 06.05.2023, ruling:
- Dropping the administrative investigation of the request to immediately remove the propaganda material on the facade of the building of Albanian Post Office in Kavaja, belonging to the “Together We Win” Coalition.
