Examination of the Complaint with no. 85, dated 24.05.2023 with the complainant Coalition “Together We Win” with object “The objection of the decision no. 539, dated 20.05.2023 “For the approval of the Summary Table of Results for the election of the mayor and for the Municipal Council, in the Elbasan Municipality Electoral Zone, for the elections for the Local Government bodies on May 14, 2023”; Computer expertise of each electronic equipment that is equipped with a server for storing electronic data. This should be done by foreign experts independent of state institutions or the Central Election Commission. For this, it is necessary that the equipment be stored in appropriate conditions in the current state in order to avoid interference from unauthorized persons as well as well-protected from atmospheric agents. 3. 2. Request, recount and reevaluation of votes for ZAZ No. 64, all VCs including the result of the recount and reevaluation of votes for the VCs listed in the table. We demand the invalidity of decision no. 101, dated 16.05.2023, “For the Approval of the Summary Table of Results for the Election of the Mayor of Kuçova”. We request the declaration of invalidity of the decision of the CEC where the secretary of ZAZ was appointed, No. 64 Kuçova, citizen Romeo Arizi.
