Order of the day:

1. Examination of Appeal No. 81, dated 23.05.2023, filed by the Together We Win Coalition, with object: ‘Objection to Decision No. 536, dated 20.05.2023 “For the approval of the Summary Table of Results for the election of the mayor and for the Municipal Council, in the Kamez Municipality Electoral Area, for the elections for the Local Government Bodies dated May 14, 2023” – Computer expertise of each electronic device that is equipped with a server for storing electronic data. This should be done by foreign experts independent from state institutions or the Central Election Commission. For this, it is necessary that the equipment be stored in suitable conditions in the current state with the aim of non-interference by unauthorized persons as well as well-preserved from atmospheric agents. – Comparison of the electronic election result with the physical result (ballots found in the box), for each voting center. For this, a more transparent and inclusive process is required. – Scanning the external cameras and those used inside the voting centers with the aim of identifying all unauthorized persons or members of the local and central administration at the specialist or management level, who have been in the voting centers all the time, identifying non-signatures of the relevant declarations for the voters who were accompanied, the recording of the voting by the PEVN Operators themselves, the recording of the voting by the commissioners on behalf of the voters. – Comparison of voter codes with the list of voters for each VC in Kamez Municipality, in relation to the voter identification device (PED). – The renumbering and revaluation of votes in all the voting centers of the electoral unit, Kamëz Municipality and approval of the summary table for the Kamez Municipality electoral area, including the result of the renumbering and revaluation of votes; – The invalidity of the elections held in the Kamez Municipality electoral area; as well as – Finally, after the above actions have been carried out and you have created your institutional conviction that this is not the vote of the citizens, we request from you: The rerun of the elections for the Mayor of the municipality as well as for the Kamez Municipal Council”.

Examination of Appeal No. 86, dated 23.05.2023, filed by the Legality Movement Party, with the object: “-Request for the declaration of invalidity of the elections in VC no. 1575, VC no. 1597 etc., Kamez municipality. – Objection to the decision of KZAZ/SEC no. 356, dated 20.05.2023 “For the approval of the Summary Table of Results for the Election of the Kamez Municipality Council.
3. Examination of Appeal No. 76, dated 22.05.2023, filed by the Legality Movement Party, with object: “Opposition to decision no. 533, dated 18.05.2023 “For the approval of the Summary Table of Results for the Election of the mayor of Belsh, in the elections for Local Government Bodies on May 14, 2023″. – The renumbering and revaluation of votes in all voting centers of the electoral unit, Belsh Municipality and the approval of the summary table for the Belsh Municipality electoral area, including the result of the renumbering and revaluation of votes. – The invalidity of the elections held in VC no. 2565/01 IEVP Kosovo Prison, in the electoral area Belsh Municipality. – Changing the summary table of the result for the candidates for mayor of Belsh, not including the result of the voting center no. 2565/01 IEPP Kosovo Prison. – The announcement as the winning candidate for the elections for the mayor of Belsh to Mr. Bedri Qypi”.
