Announcement of the decision on complaint request no. 93, filed by the Democratic Party of Albania with the object “Amendment of the decision dated 19.08.2023 of the State Election Commissioner “On the appointment of political parties that can nominate members and the secretary of the Commission of Electoral Administration Zone  no. 11, for the partial local elections for the Mayor of Kukes on September 24, 2023”.

Reviewing the complaint request no. 94 with object “Opposition to the decision of the State Commissioner of Elections no. 745, dated 04.09.2023; and Changing the decision deciding the registration of the Democratic Party of Albania, represented by Mayor Sali Berisha, as an electoral subject for the partial elections for the Mayor of Kukes, dated September 24, 2023”.
