CSC leaves in force Decision on administrative sanctions on Mayor of Vore Municipality.

The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints reviewed the complaint no.12, with object “Appeal to the Decision no. 224 dated 13.04.2021 of the State Election Commissioner, “On review of Audio Visual Media Authority report on coverage of election campaign by OSHMAs from March 26,2021 to April 3,2021 “, filed by the Party for Justice Integration and Unity 

and the election complaint no.14, with object “Appeal to the Decision no.234, dated 14.04.2021, on administrative sanctions by a fine of 10,000 ( ten thousand) lek against Mr. Gentian Picari, Mayor of Vore Municipality, for breaching the Decision no.140 of the State Election Commissioner, dated 15.03.2021, filed by the Mayor of Vore Municipality Mr. Gentian Picari.

At the end of the review, CSC decided to sustain the election complaint no.12, filed by PDIU and to change point 2 of the SEC Decision no.224, dated 13.04.2021.

CSC also decided to reject the complaint filed by the Mayor of Vore Municipality, Mr. Gentian Picari and leave in power the Decision no.234, of the State Election Commissioner.
