The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints reviewed the election complaint no.25 and 26 filed by members and secretaries of the CEAZ no.35, Tirane Region and 22, Durres Region, with object “Appeal to  Decision no.309,dated 26.04.2021 and no.316, dated 26.04.2021, of the State Election Commissioner”.

At the end of the review, CSC decided to uphold the request and revoke the administrative penalty against members and secretaries of the CEAZ no.35 and 22.

In addition, the lot was cast to select the rapporteurs of election complaint no. 27, no.28, 29 ,30 and 31, filed at the CEC by the members of the CEAZ no.66, no. 38, no. 2, no.20 and 21 with object “Appeal to the Decision no.306, no. 318, no., 313, no. 307 and 308, dated 26.04.2021 of the State Election Commissioner.

According to the result of the lot, the rapporteur of election complaint was selected CSC member Elvis Çefa, the rapporteur of the election complaint no.28 and 30 will be CSC member Ledio Braho and the rapporteur of the election complaints no. 29 and 31 will be the CSC member Elvin Lako.

CSC verified the criteria of form and content of the election complaints and decided to pass them for review and review them on the meeting on 05.05.2021, with rapporteur CSC member Elvis Çefa
