In the context of organization of March 6, 2022 by-elections, the Commissioner decided in today’s session to define the remuneration for the members of election commissions and approve election materials and templates of work documentation to be used by the Commission of Election Administration Zones.
The Commissioner designated the administrative units where the Commissions of Election Administration Zones will be based, appointed the members and secretaries of the CEAZs proposed by the Democratic Party, Socialist Party of Albania and the Socialist Movement for Integration for local by- elections in the municipalities of Shkoder, Dibër, Durrës, Vorë, Rrogozhinë and Lushnjë. He adopted some additions to the Instruction No.14, dated 09.06.2021 of the SEC, “On defining the criteria and procedures for appointment of licensed accounting experts (legal auditors) and contractual terms for auditing the funds benefited and spent by the political parties during the calendar year and electoral subjects and their candidates in the election campaign”.
In addition, the Commissioner decided to fill the vacancies created in the following municipal councils:
- municipal council Dibër, with the candidate from the multi-member list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Mr. Besmir Fatmir Markeçi;
- municipal council Tiranë, with the candidate from the multi-member list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Mr. Ramazan Halit Buci;
- municipal council Dropull, with the candidate from the multi-member list of Social Democracy Party, Mr. Orest Filip Malo;
- municipal council Lezhë, with the candidate from the multi-member list of National Unity Party, Mrs. Armanda Hil Ndoka;
- municipal council Fier, with the candidate from the multi-member list of the Socialist Party of Albania Mr. Flavjo Lelo Gjonaj;
- municipal council Mat, with the candidate from the multi-member list of the Party of Democratic Reforms of Albania, Mrs. Arendina Qemal Gasa.
