The State Election Commissioner decided that the pilot project of electronic voting and counting for local by- elections of March 6, 2022, will be implemented in Vora Municipality, Tirana District.

Forty-four (44) voting centers in Vora will be equipped with devices for electronic voting and counting, which were used in 2021 parliamentary elections.
