The State Election Commissioner held a meeting with representatives of civil society and international organizations that operate in the field of elections and diplomatic corps. The meeting focused on the preparations for the process of local by elections to be held in the municipalities of  Shkodër, Dibër, Durrës, Vorë, Rrogozhinë and Lushnjë.

The main focus of the meeting was reporting of public activities by central and local institutions in 6 municipalities where March 6,2022 elections will be held, the reporting in the interface “denounce”, the administrative investigations and technology in elections.

The parties agreed that the cooperation of all parties involved in the process is an important factor for the good administration of the election process. In addition, both parties agreed that at the end of by elections, a round table will be held with all the stakeholders,  ahead of election reform.
