The Regulatory Commission approved during today’s session, the work manual for the Commissions of Election Administration Zones and Ballot Counting Teams for local by elections in the Municipalities of Shkodër, Dibër, Lushnjë, Durrës, Vorë of Rrogozhinë, to be held on March 6,2022.

The manual is a material that aims to assist the CEAZ s and Ballot Counting Teams as it addresses general issues but also specific cases of procedures to be followed since the establishment of Ballot Counting Center, establishment of BCT, receipt of election materials from VCC, the counting process, the tabulation of results, etc.
