The State Election Commissioner (SEC) requested the Commission of Sanctions and Complaints to impose administrative sanctions against Mayors and the staff responsible for reporting of public activities, for breaches to the Electoral Code and Decision no.09/ 2020 of the Regulatory Commission.

The lot was cast today to determine the rapporteurs of complaint no.11 of the SEC and  according to the lot result,  the rapporteur was selected Mr. Ledio Braho.

The preliminary review of the request will take place on Tuesday, on 28.03.2023
