Today, the Complaints and Sanctions Commission (KAS) reviewed Appeal No. 3, submitted by the ‘Qendresa Qytetare’ Center, requesting the annulment of Decision No. 129, dated 20.02.2025, of the State Election Commissioner.

Upon review, CSC identified deficiencies both in the request submitted by the ‘Qendresa Qytetare’ organization to the State Election Commissioner and in the decision of the State Election Commissioner. It was determined that the event held on 20.02.2025, at 16:30 in ‘Skanderbeg’ Square differed from the activity reported on the CEC platform. As a result, the administrative proceedings should have been conducted with consideration of this fact.

For this reason, KAS decided to annul the Commissioner’s Decision No. 129, dated 20.02.2025.
