The Commission of Complaints and Sanctions started the administrative review of election complaint no 37, with object “Appeal to the Decision of the State Election Commissioner no.345, dated 04.05.2021, “On the aggregate table of results of elections for Vlora Region”, Invalidity of elections held on April 25,2021″; Ordering the rerun of elections in Vlora Region”, filed by the electoral subject DP-Alliance for Change coalition and the Complaint no.46,  with object ” Appeal to SEC Decision no.340, dated 04.05.2021, ” On approval of the Aggregate Table of Election Results , Durres Region,  Recount and reevaluation of ballots for all EAZs of Durres Region, filed by electoral subject  Socialist Movement for Integration Party.

With the majority of votes, CSC decided to reject the request of the complainant DP-Alliance for Change coalition to obtain evidence or additional information in institutions or others public entities and upon the request of two members of the CSC , based on Article 136, item 3, it will be administered as evidence the data from Voters’ Electronic Identification Devices for the election zone of Durres Region.

In addition, CSC started the administrative review of election Complaint no.38, with object Appeal to SEC Decision no 342, dated 04.05.2021, ” On approval of the Aggregate Table of Election Results for Shkoder Region, Invalidity of elections held on April 25,2021; ordering the election rerun in Shkoder Region, filed by the coalition DP-Alliance for Change.

With the majority of votes, CSC decided to reject the request filed by the electoral subject DP-Alliance for Change coalition to obtain evidence or additional information from institutions or others public entities and upon the request of two members of the CSC , based on Article 136, item 3, it will be administered as evidence the data from Voters’ Electronic Identification Devices for Shkoder Region election zone.
