As requested by the Electoral College, the CEC submitted the draft decision “On the approval of some technical characteristics of the ballot paper for the by-elections for the Mayor of the Municipality of Himara, dated 4 August 2024”.

The Electoral College decided to approve the technical characteristics of the ballot paper after evaluating them on the basis of the Electoral Code. The ballot paper will have the same colour as the ballot paper used in the previous municipal elections held on 14 May 2023.

In addition to security and technical elements in the form of codes that identify the electoral area and the polling station, there will also be other identifying elements that cannot be read with the normal eye.
