The State Election Commissioner filled today the vacant position in Elbasani municipal council with the candidate from the multi member list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Mrs. Nadire Çullhaj (Shkëmbi).

In addition, the Commissioner approved the request for accreditation of the observers of the National Democratic Institute (NDI), Albanian Helsinki Committee (AHC), Embassy of the Netherlands, Italian, Greek, Czech, Austrian Embassies and media representatives of  “Report TV”, “BI Media”, “ABC”, “RTSH” and “Star Plus TV”, to observe local by elections for Mayor on March 6,  2022.
