The Complaints and Sanctions Commission reviewed the request of the State Election Commissioner for imposing an administrative sanction on the candidate for mayor and at the same time mayor of Lushnja, Mrs. Eriselda Sefa in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.

At the end of the review, CSC partialy accepted the request no. 1, dated 23.05.2022 of the SEC and  imposed an administrative sanction based on point 1 of article 172 of the Electoral Code in the amount of 100000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.

Also, based on point 1 of article 171 of the Electoral Code, CSC imposed an administrative sanction on the Secretary General of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, Mrs. Gelardina Prodani in the amount of 25000 (twenty five thousand) ALL and based on point 2 of article 171 of the Electoral Code imposed an administrative sanction on the Director of the Hospital Ïhsan Çabej ”Lushnje, Mr. Perin Vogli in the amount of 2500 (two thousand five hundred) ALL.

CSC decided to terminate the administrative proceedings against the electoral subject “Socialist Party of Albania” and against the Minister of Health and Social Protection. Zj. Ogerta Manastirliu.
