May 14, 2023 elections – Specifications of ballot paper approved

The Regulatory Commission, during today’s  session, reviewed and adopted with 5 votes in favor,  the draft Decision on technical specifications of ballot papers to be used in May 14,2023 elections. 

In local government elections, the voter shall vote with two ballot papers with the same shape and with different colors, one for the mayor of local government and one for the mayor. 

The ballots will be made of such paper, color, thickness or configuration elements that do not allow reading of the ballot from the back side and should also contain security elements.

In addition to security elements, the ballot will also contain some technical specifications in the form of codes that identify the election zone, the voting center and other identification elements that are not visible to the naked eye (bar code)
