Today, the Regulatory Commission held a meeting to review the draft decision “On some additions and amendments to Decision No. 9, dated 24.12.2020 of the Regulatory Commission “On the rules for reporting public activities of every public institution with state capital, agencies, state entities, categories of prohibited activities, as well as monitoring the activity, behavior and use of human, financial and logistical resources of the state administration”, as amended, proposed by Ms. Vukaj and Mr. Çakaj.

The draft decision was voted in principle with 2 votes in favor and 3 votes against, not receiving the necessary votes to proceed to the article-by-article review.
