Today, in a public session, the State Election Commissioner administratively reviewed the complaint no. 6, dated 11.02.2025, filed by the Coalition for Reform, Integration and Consolidated Institutions (KRIIK).

The Commissioner decided to recommend to the Assembly of Albania not to include in the plenary session the draft law “On the rights and treatment of prisoners and detainees” proposed by MP Mr. Nasip Naço and the draft law “On some additions and amendments to law no. 92, dated 24.07.2014 “On value added tax in the Republic of Albania”, proposed by MP Mr. Agron Duka.

The SEC also reviewed the complaint no. 14, dated 12.02.2025, filed by the Coalition for Reform, Integration and Consolidated Institutions (KRIIK).

The Commissioner decided to discontinue the administrative investigation against:

1. National Agency for Natural Resources;
2. Civil Aviation Authority;
3. Albanian Road Authority;
4. Energy Efficiency Agency;
5. Durrës Port Authority.

Also, the complaint with no. 15, dated 13.02.2025, filed by the Coalition for Reform, Integration and Consolidated Institutions (KRIIK), was reviewed.

The SEC decided to discontinue the administrative investigation against:

1. Quality Assurance Agency for Pre-University Education;
2. National Agency for Pre-University Education;
3. Regional Directorate of Pre-University Education Tirana;
4. Regional Directorate of Pre-University Education Fier;
5. Regional Directorate of Pre-University Education Durrës.
