The State Election Commissioner, Mr. Ilirjan Celibashi held a public session, pursuant to paragraph 2, article 19, letter “n”, paragraph 1, article 19, of the law no. 10019, dated 29.12.2008 “The Electoral Code of the Republic of Albania”, as amended, on the review and adoption of secondary acts”, which are a competence of the State Election Commissioner.

The Commissioner reviewed and adopted the following draft decisions:

1. “On designation of administrative units where the CEAZ Offices will be established, for April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections”. Administrative units approved.
2. “On adoption of the specimen and specifications of the secret voting booth for April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections”
3. “On adoption of the specifications of the special ink to mark the voters, for April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections”
4. “On adoption of the specimen and specifications of the seals with security codes to be used for April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections””.

Due to the situation of pandemics, the meeting was held on line, with the participation of political party representatives.
