The State Election Commissioner Mr. Ilirjan Celibashi held a public session pursuant to paragraph 2, article 19, letter “n”, paragraph 1, article 19 of the law no. 10019, dated 2912.2008 “The Electoral Code of the Republic of Albania”, as amended, to review and adopt acts which are his competence.

The Commissioner reviewed and adopted the following draft decisions: 

1. “On announcement of the result of the lot to determine the party that will propose the seventh member of the CEAZ in April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections”.

According to the result of the lot, the Democratic Party of Albania will propose the seventh member of the CEAZ in those CEAZs listed with an odd number, while the Socialist Party of Albania will propose the seventh member in CEAZs with an even number.

2. “On adoption of the format and specifications of the seal of the CEAZ, the seal of VCC, that of VCC chairman and the extra seal of the VCC for April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections”.
3. “On adoption of the templates and specifications of the signage of election logistic for April 25,2021 parliamentary elections”.
