The State Election Commissioner Mr. Ilirjan Celibashi and Deputy Commissioner Mrs. Lealba Pelinku welcomed in today the delegation of OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission related to April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections.

The delegation was headed by H.E Ambassador Urszula Gacek. It was composed by the Deputy Head of Mission, Mrs. Poline Lemos, Mr. Armen Mazmanyan, legal analyst, Mr. Robert Bystricky, election analyst and Mr. Kakha Inaishvili, ODIHR election advisor.

The scope of the meeting was introduction of the Mission and the preparation for the elections’ process.

The Observation Mission of OSCE/ODIHR is invited from the Albanian Government to observe the parliamentary elections of April 25,2021.
