The Commission of Appeals and Sanctions reviewed the complaint no.05, filed by the electoral subject DP – Alliance for Change coalition, with the object “Appeal to Decision no.156, dated 17.03.2021, of the State Election Commissioner, “On review of request for registration of multi member lists of coalition DP- Alliance for Change, for April 25,2021 parliamentary elections”.

At the end of the review, CAS decided to uphold the request of DP -Alliance for Change coalition and amend the Decision no.156, dated 17.03.2021, of the State Election Commissioner,  “On review of the request for registration of the multi member lists of the coalition DP- Alliance for Change, for April 25,2021 parliamentary elections.

The Commission of Appeals and Sanctions decided to register the multi-member lists of DP -Alliance for Change coalition, according to the list filed in the CEC on March 16, 2021.
