The process of registering voters from abroad for the Assembly elections on May 11, 2025 is continuing with intensity.
Citizens living outside the territory of the Republic of Albania, in order to have the opportunity to vote from their place of residence, must register through the Electronic Registration Platform (PER).
Registration can be done through PER, which is available on the official website of the CEC www.kqz.gov.al and in the Mobile CEC application.
To assist all citizens who want to register or those who have had difficulties in the process of opening an account and then making a request to be registered on the list of voters from abroad, the CEC has prepared user manuals;

Also, on the CEC’s social media, citizens can receive assistance through video tutorials published with the concrete steps that every citizen must follow to open an account and register for PER.
