The State Election Commissioner approved today the regulation for the review of  registration requests of voters outside the territory of the Republic of Albania for May 11,2025 parliamentary elections through PER  Platform.

The Albanian citizens living outside the territory of the Republic of Albania will be registered in the voters list, through Electronic Registration Platform (PER), in CEC mobile application or in official website. 

The Regulation approved during today’s public session defines the procedures to be followed by the CEC in reviewing the requests for registration of the voters living abroad , the tasks and responsibilities of the staff that will handle the requests for registration.

The Regulation defines in detail the steps, technical actions, security and confidentiality protocols that will be followed during the review of registration request of voters from abroad through PER platform.
