The Regulatory Commission reviewed and adopted the draft Decision “On organization of work in the Ballot Counting Center, order of actions during the handover of election materials, ballot counting and tabulation of election results for the Election Administration Zone, for April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections”.

The Decision details the rules on organization of work, the order of procedures during the hand-over of election materials from the Voting Center Commission, in the Ballot Counting Center, the tasks and role of CEAZ and the members of the Ballot Counting Team during the ballot counting process and tabulation of results of elections for electoral subjects and candidates in the multi-member lists in the Zone of Election Administration.

The decision also describes in detail the procedures followed by BCT and CEAZ for the handover of election material, arrangement of the space, use of technology, the counting, assessing and tabulation of the election result.
