The Complaints and Sanctions Commission examined the complaint request no. 11, with the appellant coalition “Together We Win” and with the object: “The objection of the decision no. 85, dated 05.08.2024 “For the approval of the Summary Table of Results for the election of the Mayor of Himara in the partial elections of 04.08.2024”.

At the end of the examination, CSC decided to reject the complaint request no. 11 and the enforcement of decision no. 85, dated 05.05.2024 of the Commission Electoral Administration Zone no. 88, “For the approval of the Summary Table of Results for the election of the Mayor of Himara Municipality, in the partial elections of 4.08.2024”.
