The State Election Commissioner, in today’s meeting approved the aggregate table of results for electoral subjects and candidates for MP, for April 25,2021 parliamentary elections.

The Commissioner reviewed the results of in depth verification by General Prosecutor’s Office for Mr. Artur Ismail Baku, candidate for MP for the electoral subject Socialist Movement for Integration Party Durres Region, Mr. Napolon Engjëll Laska, candidate for MP for the electoral subject Hashtag Initiative Tirana Region and

Mr. Adrian Vullnet Gjoka,  candidate for the electoral subject Movement for Change, Vlora Region pursuant to the law no.138/2015″ On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected, appointed, or exercise public functions”

The Commissioner found that Mr. Artur Ismail Baku, Mr. Napolon Engjëll Laska and Ardian Vullnet Gjoka are not in the conditions of ineligibility provided by the decriminalization law.

In addition, the Commissioner decided to fill the vacancies in the Municipal Council of Kamez with the candidate from the multi-member list of the Socialist Party of Albania,  Mrs. Emigena Xhetan Damzi and in Lezha Municipal Council with the candidate from the multi-member list of the Socialist Party of Albania Mr.Gjin Ndrec Kola.

The review of the verification result of the General Prosecutor’s Office for the self declaration form of the candidate Mr. Zef Kin Hila, candidate for MP of the electoral subject ” Democratic Party of Albania- Alliance for Change  (PD – AN)”, Shkodër Region, will be held in the next meeting.
