The Commission of Complaints and Sanctions concluded the administrative review of election complaint no. 46, with object “Amendment to SEC Decision no.340, dated 04.05.2021 “On approval of the Aggregate Table of Results for Durres Region; Recount and reevaluation of ballots for the entire EAZs of Durres Region”, filed by the complainant Socialist Movement for Integration Party.

CSC decided to amend the Decision no.340, dated 04.05.2021 of the State Election Commissioner and adopt the Aggregate Table of Results for the election zone of Durres Region, based on the result of recount of 108 ballot boxes for electoral subjects, as required by Socialist Movement for Integration.
