The State Election Commissioner Mr. Ilirjan Celibashi presented the annual report on the CEC activity during 2020, in a plenary session in Albanian Parliament.
In his speech, he stated that during 2020, CEC met all the obligations deriving from the Electoral Code on the activities that this institution should conduct during the year, in the context of preparations of April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections.
