The State Election Commissioner, in its today’s session decided to fill the vacancies created in
- Skrapar Municipal Unit, with the candidate from the multi member list of the Socialist Party of Albania Engjellushe Isa Guri;
- Skrapar Municipal Unit, with the candidate from the multi member list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Mr. Irakli Hasan Gjoni;
- Maliq municipal unit, with the candidate from the multi member list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Xhensila Pëllumb Nakoleci;
- Patos Municipal Unit with candidate from the multi member list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Dorian Sokrat Çapo;
- Cërrik Municipal Unit with the candidate from the multi member list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Aurel Ramis Musta”.
At the end of administrative review of the result of the verification of the self declaratory subject Tom Gjek Doshi, by the General Prosecutor, the Commissioner decided to conclude the administrative review with no final decision as it deems that there is no longer a valid scope and purpose for the in depth verification.
The State Election Commissioner held the administrative review of the denouncement of the organization Civic Resistance on the conduct of election related activities in the premises of the library “Moikom Zeqo”, with the participation of MP candidate Mrs. Alqi Bllako. State Election Commissioner found breaches committed by Mr. Florian Pullazi,Administrator of Administrative Unit no 2 Tiranë and order administrative sanctions.
In addition, in today’s session, the Commissioner held the review of the denouncement of the organization Civic Resistance on the conduct of election related activities in the premises of the library “Misto Treska” with the participation of candidate for MP Kledina Skëndo. The Commissioner decided to close the administrative case of the candidate for MP , Mrs. Skëndo, the Mayor of Tirana, the electoral subject Socialist Party and the Administrator of the administrative unit.
