The Regulatory Commission, during today’ session session, adopted the technical specifications of the ballot paper for local by elections in the municipalities of Shkodër, Dibër, Durrës, Vorë, Rrogozhinë and Lushnjë, to be held on March 6,2022.

Based on the provisions of Article 98 of the Electoral Code, the ballot papers are made of paper, with such color, thickness or with such configuration elements that do not allow reading of the ballot from the back side. The ballot papers contain security elements in the form of codes which are not readable with naked eye and are produced in blocks without stubs.
