The ranking of electoral subjects on the ballot paper for the by-elections of March 6, 2022 is approved

The State Election Commissioner approved the templates of documents to be used by the Counting Team and the Electoral Administration Zone Commission to tabulate the results of the by-elections.

Also, reviewed the request of the electoral subject “Lëvizja e Re” for the registration of the candidate for mayor in the municipality of Durrës, Mr. Jonid Robert Nano for the by-elections for mayor of March 6, 2022. At the end of the review, the Commissioner found that the documentation submitted by the electoral subject ” Lëvizja e Re”, for the registration of the candidate for mayor of Durres, Mr. Jonid Robet Nano, is not in accordance with the provisions of article 68, point 3, of the Electoral Code and decided not to register Mr. Nano as a candidate.

In today’s public session, the lot was casted to determine the ranking of electoral subjects on the ballot paper for the by-elections for mayor.

The results of the lottery determined the ranking of the subjects in the ballot paper for the municipalities where the elections of March 6, 2022 will take place, as follows:

Shkodra Municipality:

  1. “Socialist Party of Albania” (SP)
  2. The House of Freedom Coalition (Sh-L)
  3. “Democratic Party” (PD)

Dibër Municipality:

  1. “House of Freedom” Coalition (Sh-L)
  2. “Democratic Party” (PD)
  3. “Socialist Party of Albania” (SP)
  4. “New Movement” (LRE)

Durrës Municipality:

  1. Coalition “House of Freedom” (Sh-L)
  2. “Socialist Party of Albania” (SP)
  3. “Democratic Party” (PD)

Vora Municipality:

  1. Coalition “House of Freedom” (Sh-L)
  2. “Socialist Party of Albania” (SP)
  3. “Democratic Party” (PD)

Municipality of Rrogozhina:

  1. “Democratic Party” (PD)
  2. “Socialist Party of Albania” (PS)
  3. Coalition “House of Freedom” (Sh-L)

Municipality of Lushnja:

  1. “Socialist Party of Albania” (SP)
  2. Democratic Party (PD)
  3. Coalition “House of Freedom” (Sh-L)
