During today’s public session, the Commission of Complaints and Sanctions reviewed the appeal no. 03, dated 12.02.2022 with the object “Objection to the decision of the SEC,“ On the review of the request of the electoral subject ‘Lëvizja e Re’ for the registration of the candidate for mayor in the municipality of Durrës, Mr. Jonid Nano, for by-elections for mayor of March 6, 2022 ”, filed by complainant LRE.

At the end of the review, CSC decided to partially accept the appeal no. 03, dated 12.02.2022, submitted by the electoral subject “Lëvizja e Re”,  the revocation of decision no. 72, dated 12.02.2022, of the State Election Commissioner and return the case for review.

Within 24 hours from the announcement of this decision, the subject “Lëvizja e Re”, should complete the certification on holding a representative mandate, according to the provisions of point 3, article 68, of the Electoral Code, or submit the list with supporting signatures of voters, according to point 2, article 68, of the Electoral Code.
