The State Election Commissioner, in today’s public session, administratively reviewed the complaints filed by the organization “Citizenship Stability”, the Institute of Political Studies, of the Coalition for Reforms, Integration and Consolidated Institutions and the Democratic Party.

The administrative investigation will continue for the complaint no. 47, against the President of the Assembly, the Mayors of Peqin, Belsh, Elbasan, Vlorë, Himarë, because the Albanian Parliament will have to make available to the CEC the authorizations for which transfers have been made to the State Budget.

Also, the administrative investigation will continue for the complaint no. 12, against the President of the Assembly and the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, as the Parliament will be acquainted with the additional evidence filed by the organization “Citizenship Stability”

Meanwhile, in the next session, the decision on the complaints will be announced:

• No. 49, against the Prime Minister;
• No. 55, to the Prime Minister and the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers;
• No. 22, to the Mayor of Lezhë;
• No. 23, to the Prime Minister;
• No. 28, to the Mayor of Himara;
• No. 24, to the Director General of the Administration of Gardens and Nurseries, of the Municipality of Tirana.
