The Complaint and Sanctions Commission reviewed the complaint request no. 2, filed by the Albanian Parliament with the subject “Objection to point no. 1 of decision no. 117, dated 19.02.2025, of the State Election Commissioner”.

At the end of the review, the CSC accepted the request and decided to repeal decision no. 117 of the State Election Commissioner.

Also, compliant request no. 5 was reviewed, filed by Mr. Lefter Nika on behalf of the party “Greek Ethnic Minority for the Future”, with the subject “Repeal of decision no. 228, dated 03.03.2025 of the SEC “On the registration as an electoral subject of the party “Greek Ethnic Minority for the Future, with chairman Mr. Kristaq Kiço”. Mr. Nika requests to be recognized as the leader of the Party “Greek Ethnic Minority for the Future” and to repeal decision no. 228, which recognizes Mr. Kristaq Kiço as the leader.

The CSC decided to reject Mr. Nika’s request and to leave in force decision no. 228 of the State Election Commissioner.
