The State Election Commissioner, during today’s public session, accredited the representatives of the media “Focus Media Group”, “Report TV”, as well as representatives of the Embassy of Montenegro to observe March 6, 2022 local by-elections.

The Commissioner also decided to authorize the CEAZ no. 43, the municipality of Rrogozhina  to establish and appoint the Commission of the Special Voting Center no. 2224/1, and to receive 20 (twenty) ballots from VC no. 2225, QV no. 2226/1 (in total 60 (sixty) ballots) and deliver them to the Commission of the Special Voting Center no. 2224/1.

The Commissioner also reviewed the draft decision “On reviewing the violations found by the monitoring reporting for non-compliance with the Decision no. 105, dated 28 February 2022 and 106 and 107,  March 1, 2022, of the State Election Commissioner, against the Shkodra Municipal Police ”. At the end of the review, the Commissioner imposed an administrative sanction on the Shkodra Municipality Police, at the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.

The commissioner decided to postpone the review of the draft decision “On finding an violation consisting in posting of  propaganda materials in prohibited places “, in favor of the candidate for mayor of Rrogozhina, Mr. Edison Memolla, of the subject Socialist Party of Albania”.
